Ghana exports hundreds of thousands of tonnes of raw agricultural commodities each year ginger, shea, chilli, sesame, avocado and buys back the finished products at many times the price. Pure Harvest Africa exists to close that gap.
We are building a single integrated processing complex in the Ashanti Region that will source from smallholder outgrower cooperatives, process to international food-safety standards, certify to ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC, EU, Halal, US (FDA/USDA), and Chinese (GACC) compliance, and sell finished products directly into premium global markets.
