Women make up 62% of our projected processing workforce. Our shea supply chain is built around women-led collection cooperatives across Ghana's northern belt — the traditional custodians of shea harvesting and processing knowledge.
Value Added in Africa
Every tonne processed in Ghana rather than exported raw keeps 3–15× more economic value on the continent. We are building the processing capacity Ghana needs to stop exporting raw wealth.
Youth Employment
60% of formal roles are targeted at youth. In a country where youth unemployment remains a structural challenge, formal manufacturing employment offers a credible economic pathway.
Responsible Sourcing
Fair, transparent, published pricing for outgrowers. Environmentally conscious collection practices. Traceability from farm to finished export, required by our certification targets and demanded by our buyers.
